Reason / Defects: The products are being recalled because the sand may include asbestos, which is a prohibited substance in Australia. Hazards: The products may cause a risk to health as tremolite and chrysotile asbestos has been detected in some samples after laboratory testing. What to do: 1. Stop using the products immediately. 2. Complete the Refund Request Form and email it to SilverStarCrafts at info@silverstarcrafts.com.au to arrange a full refund. 3. For safe disposal advice from the Asbestos and Silica Safety and Eradication Agency, visit the ACCC Product Safety website . Important message from the ACCC to consumers: The ACCC continues to work with health and safety, and other relevant agencies at the state, territory and Commonwealth levels as this issue evolves.
