Reason / Defects: The trampoline can come loose or dislodged from the leveller accessory during use. Hazards: Risk of serious injuries including head or neck injuries if the trampoline becomes loose or dislodged from the leveller accessory, causing it to shift or tip unexpectedly. What to do: Stop using the trampoline with the leveller accessory immediately. Vuly will send all affected consumers a new attachment to secure the trampoline to the leveller, free of charge.
