Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Springs if the end caps on the bottom rail are not securely glued. If the end caps are glued, no action is required and consumers may continue to use the product.For more information, including instructions on how to check the end caps on the shades, consumers can contact Springs Window Fashions, LLC online or by telephone at 1-800-845-8637 from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm ET, Monday through Friday. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
