Reason / Defects: The affected solar panels deteriorate and develop cracks on the back side of the panel, which could lead to live parts being exposed and could potentially make contact with live parts possible. Hazards: Risk of death or serious injury as a result of potential electric shock or associated falls from height, if consumers come into contact with live parts of the solar panel. What to do: If you think you have an affected solar panel contact ECORAN on info@ecoran.com Include: your full name address where the panel is installed the model of solar panel (if known) the date and place of purchase (if known) your best contact information photos of your solar panel ( if it is safe to take them – do not take photos if it is not safe or easily done and do not take photos if you will have to come into physical contact with the solar panel ) ECORAN will contact you to arrange an inspection and possible replacement or repair.
