Reason / Defects: The play sand is being recalled because it may contain traces of asbestos, which is a prohibited substance in Australia. Hazards: The play sand may cause a risk to health, as traces of anthophyllite asbestos and tremolite asbestos have been detected in some samples after laboratory testing. What to do: Stop using the product immediately. For safe disposal advice from the Asbestos and Silica Safety and Eradication Agency, visit the ACCC Product Safety website . Attend in-store or contact The Reject Shop with proof of purchase to arrange a full refund.
