Reason / Defects: The product does not comply with the gas certification requirements. Hazards: Risk of serious burn injury if the consumer is exposed to the large flame or if the product is used improperly due to poor visibility of the warning labels. What to do: Stop using the product immediately and disconnect it from the LPG gas cylinder. Contact Pit & Seat to arrange a pre-paid courier pickup to return the product for a full refund or a replacement barbecue once certified.
