Reason / Defects: The adaptor may overheat and catch fire when used. Hazards: There is a risk of serious burn injuries or death if the adaptor catches fire. Incidents have occurred. What to do: Stop using the adaptor immediately and disconnect it from both the power outlet and the product. Register the affected adaptor via the Yamaha online portal .
