Reason / Defects: Applying sideways force to the desk legs through moving the desk, may cause the legs to detach from the desktop, leading to collapse of the desk. Hazards: If the desk collapses, the desk or its contents may create a risk of crushing or pinching injuries. What to do: Stop using the product immediately. Return the product to your nearest Officeworks store for a full refund. Consumers are encouraged to disassemble the desk before returning it to the store if possible.
