Reason / Defects: The chain brake may not activate correctly if wood chips or debris accumulate, and the chainsaw is not cleaned and maintained regularly as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Hazards: Risk of serious injury from laceration if the chain brake does not activate during a kickback. Incidents have occurred overseas. What to do: Stop using the product immediately. Contact Milwaukee Tool (Australia) for a free service and repair. Do not take the product back to the place of purchase. If the product was purchased as part of a kit, no action is required for batteries or chargers sold with the kit.
