Reason / Defects: The upper section of the rail can overheat if left on for prolonged periods. Hazards: Risk of serious burns if a consumer touches the overheated towel rail. What to do: Stop using the towel rail immediately and switch it off at the power supply. Contact Nero Tapware to arrange for either a refund, free return and replacement, or a technician to perform a free repair. Do not attempt to remove or disconnect the product yourself.
