| Corrective action | Dealers will replace the LED headlights, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed December 17, 2025. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated July 27, 2026. Owners may contact Mack's customer service at 1-800-866-1177. Mack's number for this recall is SC0485. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning November 10, 2025. |
