Reason / Defects: The split pin that holds the ball stud in place has not been provided. The cap can come loose, allowing the ball stud to separate. Hazards: Risk of serious injury or death from collision if the ball stud separates whilst the vehicle is in use. What to do: Consumers should immediately take their vehicle to the place where the product was installed to arrange for an inspection.
