Reason / Defects: The bike rack wheel holder may bend if used to carry heavier e-bikes and cause the bikes to detach from the rack. Hazards: Risk of death, serious injury or property damage (including to other road users) if a bike falls from the rack while the vehicle is moving. Incidents have occurred.
