Reason / Defects: The products are being recalled because the sand inside the dinosaur figures may contain asbestos, which is a prohibited substance in Australia. Hazards: The sand inside the dinosaur figures may cause a risk to health if the product is damaged and the sand is released as tremolite asbestos has been detected in some samples after laboratory testing. What to do: Stop using the products immediately. For safe disposal advice from the Asbestos and Silica Safety and Eradication Agency, visit the ACCC Product Safety website . Contact Woolworths Group Limited for a full refund. Affected Products
Dinosaur toys containing sand and designed to stretch to over 3 times their original size. The recalled products include 12 different dinosaur designs shown in the pictures below. All recalled products have Barcode 5050835008554 and Date Code 090725 on the back of the packaging.
