Reason / Defects: This product may not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The zipper slider may detach and become a choking hazard. Hazards: Risk of serious injury or death from choking if a young child swallows the zipper slider. What to do: Stop using the affected Heartwarming Hug Bear 2 immediately and keep out of reach of young children. Return the affected bears to a Build-A-Bear Workshop for a full refund or Build-A-Bear Workshop gift card. Affected Products
Weighted plush bear with zipper closure. Contains removable heart which can be heated or cooled for extra comfort. Only bears with zipper closures are affected. Bears with velcro closures are not affected by this recall.
