Reason / Defects: The gas hose has an incorrectly sized brass ring which may allow gas to leak from the hose if the hose is incorrectly aligned, or becomes incorrectly aligned if it is rattled or shaken. Hazards: There is a risk of serious injury from burns if a gas leak occurs and causes a fire or explosion. What to do: Consumers should stop using this product immediately.
