Reason / Defects: The bottle warmer may overheat whilst charging or while in use. Hazards: Risk of serious injury, death or property damage if the bottle warmer overheats and catches fire. An incident has occurred. What to do: 1. Stop using the product immediately. 2. Visit Cherub Baby’s recall page to check if your warmer is affected and arrange for a replacement warmer free of charge.
