Reason / Defects: Due to a manufacturing defect, affected batches of cartridges can malfunction during use and discharge unintended or explode. Hazards: Risk of serious injury to users or damage to equipment if the affected cartridges explode or discharge while in use. What to do: Stop using the cartridges immediately and store them securely and separately from other substances in accordance with dangerous goods regulations. Check the batch/lot number on the product. If your cartridges are affected, return them to the place of purchase for a replacement product.
