Reason / Defects: Affected UCAs may separate while in use which could lead to a loss of control of the vehicle. Hazards: Risk of serious injury, death or property damage from a collision if the affected UCA separates while the vehicle is in use. What to do: Stop using vehicles containing this product immediately. Contact Blackhawk to arrange for installation of a replacement UCA free of charge.
