The affected baby slings do not have warning information or the warning information is incorrect. Hazards: Risk of death or serious injury to babies from falls or suffocation if the sling is not used properly. Consumers may not be aware of the safety hazards associated with this product. What to do: Stop using the product immediately. Return the sling to the supplier using the paid postage bag. Contact supplier when the sling has been posted to receive a full refund.
