Hazards: Risk of serious injury including spinal cord injuries or death to young children if the head strap alters the alignment of the head, neck and/or spine during a vehicle accident. Risk of suffocation or strangulation if the strap slips around the child’s mouth or neck. Incidents and injuries have occurred. What to do: Stop using this product immediately and dispose of it safely so it can’t be used by anyone else.
