Reason / Defects: A manufacturing batch flaw has led to storage units falling over when the tank experiences high internal pressure. Hazards: Risk of serious injury or property damage if the tank reaches high internal pressure and falls over. What to do: Consumers should check the serial number on their unit. If you have an affected serial number, Apricus Australia, will arrange for a full unit replacement, re-installation and removal of the old unit. Apricus All-in-One Heat Pump hot water system. Model number: APHP-R290-260 This only affects units manufactured in November 2024, and sold/installed between December 2024 and March 2025. See attached serial number list.
