Small parts may separate from the teether and become a choking hazard. Hazards: Risk of serious injury or death from choking if children swallow small loose silicone components. What to do: Stop using the product immediately and keep out of reach of children. Thoroughly check the surrounding area for loose silicone pieces, remove and dispose of them.
