Reason / Defects: The vehicles do not comply with the mandatory standard for quad bikes . The vehicles do not have affixed the required rollover warning label and the lateral stability tag. Hazards: Risk of serious injury or death if the vehicle rolls over while in use. What to do: Stop using the vehicle immediately until the warning label is affixed to the ATV. Polaris will send all affected customers the warning label with instructions on how to fit it and a copy of the lateral stability swing tag. If you have not received your warning label, contact Polaris to arrange for this to be sent.
