Reason / Defects: The stitching of the seatbelt may come apart and separate from the buckle. Hazards: There is a risk of serious injury or death as the seatbelt may not properly restrain an occupant if the vehicle stops abruptly or is in a car accident. What to do: Stop using the seatbelt extension strap immediately and cut it in half.
